Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain items (such as perishable wellness products, opened beauty items, or personalized items) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll happily replace it. Please contact us with a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
